I'm Jimmy "Two Hats", founder of Two Hats, a company I established to support the development of new artists through my management and event coordination services. With a passion for discovering and nurturing emerging talent, I provide artists with the professional guidance needed to navigate the music industry's complexities.  Rooted in St. Albans, I've been working to enhance our local music scene by creating performance opportunities and building a supportive community.

Following the success of Escape to the City in 2025 I have now been joined by Chris and Shaun.  Both share my passion for wanting to nurture emerging talent and give back to the music scene that has given us so much joy over our lives.  Both bring a breadth of experience and this partnership will create the capacity to expand the ambitions of Two Hats Management Ltd outside of St Albans and provide support for more artists looking for help.

At its core our ethos is based on fairness and doing the right thing for the artist.  Our approach aims to connect artist development with live music experiences, helping new artists find their audience and reach their potential.
